To bid in our online Auction it is necessary for you to be registered.

We require you to provide us with true information about your full name, street address, phone number and email address. Details of your credit card are also required.

Credit card details are used to verify your personal information.

Swan City Motorcycle Auctions uses industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information however perfect security on the Internet does not exist.

We use your email address to contact you regarding administrative notices.

We do not sell or rent any personal information about you to any third party.

Password.

Password details are not to be disclosed to any third parties or share it with any third parties. If, despite the foregoing, you lose control of your password, you may be legally liable for binding actions taken on your behalf.

Please advise us immediately if you misplace your password.

Bidding.

Subject to any reserve price, Bidding on an item in our Auction is an irrevocable offer to buy that item at the price you bid. All bids are non-cancelable once submitted.

All bids are made in increments and are subject to a minimum increase over the previous bid in Australian Dollars of $25.

Swan City Motorcycle Auctions do not assume responsibility for the content or the context of the listings.

Swan City Motorcycle Auctions are not responsible for bids not being processed or not being accepted due to technical difficulties.

Swan City Motorcycle Auctions reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will exercise this right to anyone not completing an agreement to buy if they are the successful bidders.

Please note that bid manipulation is expressly forbidden. A seller is prohibited from placing bids or arranging to have bids placed on the behalf of the seller. A seller may bid only once.

Note:

It is a violation of law to make false bids in a false name or with an invalid credit card even if our software accepts your registration.

Remember that your web browser transmits a unique Internet address to us, which can be use by law enforcement officials to identify you.

Swan City Auctions are obliged to pass on to those officials' details of any person or persons breaching the law.

Payment.

Goods must be paid for in full before taking delivery.

Payment terms are Cash, Bank marked Cheque or Credit card.

Note: Credit card payments are subject to a levy of 3%.

Indemnity.

Swan City Motorcycle Auctions reserves the right to discontinue or modify this service without notice to any registered bidder and makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error free.

Bidders agree to indemnify Swan City Motorcycle Auctions, it's parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees harmless from any claim or demand arising from the bidders use of this service.
